In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Submit a return request by email or sms text 877.631.2008.
- Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.
RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued on a NOTIQ gift card.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES - If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos or video of your item with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.

I love the black pocket planner. I use it as a wallet and I love it
I needed a small planner and wallet for my purse or pocket, depending on where I’m going, and this pocket planner is perfect. It’s simplistic without being basic.
This little baby is my EDC or my purse planner. I love the compliments that I get when I take it of my purse. The color and texture makes it look so elegant.
I am just starting with Black croco and I needed to have this first. Love it it looks so elegant.
So I have added the Pocket Planner to my black croco collection. I own a Moterm and when I bought my first Croco piece earlier this year, I know the pocket planner was a must-have. I use mine as a wallet and notebook. I LOVE this piece, but I do have a couple of observations....the pen, not so great. Would have preferred a slimmer pen loop so my fave pen would fit; the closure is not snapping completely shut. I will mention this to the owner, who I am positive will help me! I also would have preferred more card slots on the back and exclude the Love pouch. The back is where I "hide" my credit cards and ID so when I use my notebook in public or get cash the back is not as visible as the front. With all my minor comments, I LOVE this piece.
