In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Submit a return request by email or sms text 877.631.2008.
- Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.
RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued on a NOTIQ gift card.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES - If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos or video of your item with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
Standard Shipping Times - NOTIQ usually processes orders in 1 - 3 business days. This processing time is apart from the shipping time. This means, we usually pick and pack your items within 1 - 3 business days and then the courier picks up your package for shipping afterwards. Please kindly note, NOTIQ does not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays. In addition, in rare circumstances, couriers may experience delays that are out of our control.
Holiday & Sale Shipping Times - All orders placed during our holiday sales may ship within 5 - 10 business days, excluding pre-orders and backorders. Please see pre-order product listing for estimated ship times. If an item you on your list is on backorder, we will notify you. We promise to make it worth your wait!
USA & Domestic Orders Delivery - Orders placed for delivery within the USA are shipped via FEDEX and UPS. Orders with Military and P.O Box addresses will ship by USPS only. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days following processing times. On occasion, couriers may experience delays which are beyond our control.
International & Non-USA Orders Delivery - Orders placed for delivery outside of the USA are shipped via FEDEX or UPS, with tracking information provided. Orders are typically delivered within 7 - 21 business days following processing times and depending on customs clearance and your location. Please kindly note, your order may be subject to VAT/TAX.
