Returns

Thank you for choosing NOTIQ. We are confident you will love shopping with us, however, if you wish to return an item, you may initiate a return for any qualifying,* unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding original shipping and handling fees. For a proper and expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice.  Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Please kindly note, credits or refunds for sales and special offers may not be issued on prior purchases.

*Non-Returnable Items

Personal Use Items including scarves, pillows, downloads, classes, workshops, events, specialty, final sale, bundle boxes and items marked non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.

USA Order Returns

Items must reach us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-USA Order Returns

Items must reach us within 21 days of delivery.

Defects/Damages

If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos of your item with defects/damage here and we will promptly initiate an exchange for your defect. Please kindly note, all exchanges are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be promptly processed.

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for approval to return via email
  3. Receive instructions on how to send your items back to us
  4. Wait for package to be received and reviewed by us
  5. Receive your credit or exchange for qualifying items

*Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges.
