In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Submit a return request by email or sms text 877.631.2008.
- Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.
RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued on a NOTIQ gift card.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES - If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos or video of your item with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.

I have been eyeing this zip around cover for awhile and it was well worth it!! The shipping was efficient and on time! The product was packaged to perfection and the actual product did NOT disappoint. Her products are so well made and last a lifetime this is my 4th Notiq piece and no matter what I always keep them even if I switch sizes!
I was excited to get this in the mail as I ordered a black Croco half-leather (non-ring) a couple of years ago and it’s in great shape still. This half-letter seems smaller ( too rigid) and more plastic like that Croco. The other planner has a little more shine to it where as this one is flat and very tight. The zipper width area should be larger to accommodate growth. When I zip it up, it’s not a smooth look and looks lumpy. The pen loop is tight as well. I don’t know if it’s the manufacturer or what. The quality of it is fine as I don’t see it tearing up anytime soon, but I don’t think it’s worth the price honestly. Not sure if I will purchase anymore at this price point.

I truly love my new agenda cover, I bought this item to complete my black croc collection, and although I purchased it as an imperfect item, I promise you, I cant find a single flaw. I can't wait to use it.
