In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.

NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Submit a return request by email or sms text 877.631.2008.
  2. Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
  3. Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.

RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued on a NOTIQ gift card.

DEFECTS & DAMAGES - If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos or video of your item with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.

Black & Rose Gold Executive Pen

Love the look and weight of the pen. Very professional looking. Unfortunately, the ink was a disappointment. The pen doesn’t write smoothly and skips. I purchased two refills and they all write the same. Would be perfect if not for the ink.

Excellent Service

The first one I received was a bit dry. Reached out to customer service ... not only did they replace the pen without a hassle but they also sent two additional pen refills and didn't ask for the original to be returned. Guess who's stuck with Notiq for their planning supplies ... yep, this growing womanpreneur 🙌🏽.

The Q Wing - Black and Rose Gold Executive Pen is one of my favorites. The ink is very similar to a gel pen. However, it does not smudge or bleed onto another page. The Executive Pen is truly a wonderful addition to my Notiq Ringless Agenda.
