USA/Domestic Orders Delivery
Orders placed for delivery within the USA are shipped via USPS/FEDEX/UPS with tracking provided and are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days following processing times. On occasion, couriers may experience delays which are out of our control.
International/Non-USA Orders Delivery
Orders placed for delivery outside of the USA are shipped via USPS with tracking provided and are typically delivered within 7 - 21 business days following processing times and depending on your location. Please note, your order may be subject to VAT/TAX.

Returns & Exchanges before April 21, 2020
Thank you for choosing NOTIQ. We are confident you will love shopping with us, however, if you wish to return an item, you may initiate a return for any qualifying,* unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding original shipping and handling fees. For a proper and expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Please kindly note, credits or refunds for sales and special offers may not be issued on prior purchases.

Defects/Damages
If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos of your item with defects/damage here and we will promptly initiate an exchange for your defect. Please kindly note, all exchanges are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be promptly processed.

I absolutely love my desk pad and inspirational cards. They are so well and beautifully made. Additionally, the packaging and hand written card is gorgeous? I kept the handwritten card to brighten my day when I need it. I love Notiq!!
