In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Submit a return request by email or sms text 877.631.2008.
- Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.
RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued on a NOTIQ gift card.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES - If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photos or video of your item with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
I ordered two planner covers, A5 and B6 ringless. The A5 was an imperfect Dove White Croco luxe cover, although I have no idea why it's marked imperfect because it really is perfect! My Take A Note planner fits perfectly inside.
The B6 Rouge lizard cover is for my Sterling Ink Common Planner. The color is incredible and the gold hardware is stunning.
Both planner covers are well made and beautiful! I'm highly impressed with the quality and the shipping was incredibly fast. I will definitely buy from Notiq again in the future. If you're not sure about buying from this company, put your doubts aside make the purchase. It is well worth it. I'm so happy I did.
I love the letra size planner cover. I purchased the lizard embossed cover in red and black. I had a feeling my mom would love it, since we have great taste. She now has the red cover. The packaging is beautiful! I can’t wait to make another purchase!

I actually purchased 2 of the large covers, one for my daughter and one for me for our big Happy Planners. These covers are worth every penny in my book. They are functional and beautiful.
