                    NON-RETURNABLES - Items including sale items, subscriptions, gift cards, bundles, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, specialty, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.

                    2. Receive email instructions on how to send your items back to us.
                    3. Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.

                    RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days.                     Love the Notiq Slim Travel Large Size Ringless Agenda Cover

                    Absolutely love this item. It is perfect for traveling. Great size but fits nicely in large tote or suitcase. It is so elegant.

                    Great Product

                    Though a little on the expensive size, it seems like it is well enough made to last a lifetime. The only issue I had was that the back cover when I attempted to change rings to a larger size, the cover broke in half. I just taped it together with strong tape and used for the back, since it wouldn't been seen anyway. I am a planner junky LOL! I love being organized, and I am using this for lists for personal and ministry work. I am very happy with the purchase.
